TA Office Hours Attendance System

Head TA

As Head TA, I built an office-hours attendance system for BMGT301 that turned everyday check-ins into a reliable view of student demand, staffing, and support.

Experience

I’m drawn to the intersection of people, process, and data—especially where better systems help teams move faster and make clearer decisions.

Sales Excellence Data Analytics Intern

Worked across sales-operations analytics, business systems, and process documentation. I analyzed enterprise sales data, built an internal operational reporting application, and learned how different teams translate information into decisions.

Teaching, systems, and leadership

Progressed from BMGT301 Teaching Assistant to Head TA, then into a research role with the same faculty supervisor. Across that arc, I supported a six-person teaching team, worked within courses serving 270+ and 320+ students across different semesters, and built the attendance system featured above.

The throughline

I’ve always liked the part where ideas become real.

When I was ten, I visited an exhibit on the animation pipeline and got hooked on how creative projects actually get made. I knew I wasn’t going to be the one drawing the characters, but somebody has to connect the people, tools, and deadlines behind the final frame, and I wanted to be that person.

That is still what interests me, whether the setting is cybersecurity, consulting, technology, finance, or entertainment. I’m a movie nerd who wants to help good teams make ambitious things happen.
